The toppings are delicious and the crust was doughy but not too chewy and cooked really nicely. The toppings and crust work really well together and the textures are everything you want in a non wood fired pizza. The sauce however falls flat. It was watery and lacked flavor and seasoning. I really want to give a three star rating on the food because the sauce matters, but four because three rest carry it through.
